The ANOVA-1 Pump-off controller starts the well, pumps until pump-off, and stores a record. Using statistical methods, the unit “learns” each well, for reliable pump-off detection.
· Works with utility and generator electric leases, does not require constant power to retain time and date.
· Technology developed by Oilmen, built in factory located in Warren, PA
· IP67 rated, water/ice/dust protectiond
· Designed and assembled in USA
· Only $600+S&H
•Bracket installs on the polish rod and bridle cables. It “feels” down-hole pump action to determine pump-off
• Simple four wire set-up
•Two control wires engage motor controller
•Two power wire connect to an A/C transformer
•Can be installed using the same wires from your existing time-clock.
•Are your electric boxes not standard? We can help you figure out what you need.
•TM (Timer Mode)-user selects time and days of week to start, up to 20 timers can be set
•FM (Fillage Mode)- well pump until pumped-off, rests for user specified time, then restart again, continuously
•Command- User manually starts well, unit stops well at pump-off.
•Manual- physical override switch on unit bypasses controller electronics entirely
•Pump-Off. The unit detects pump-off and logs the pump time record.
•LT (Low-Temperature) Well will not start below temperature set by user, records LT in pump record.
•ESD (Emergency Shut-Down) unit detects rods in “pre-float” condition and shuts down. Can be caused by blockage in line or paraffin entering tubing. Records ESD in pump record.
•T.O. (Time out) – in Timer Mode, well has pumped for user selected Max Duration, but pump-off not detected. This is a fail-safe; best practice is to set this at four times expected pump time.
•FTI (Failure to Initialize) Well not pumping as expected at start-up. This is usually a loose, broken, or icy belt.
•LOP (Loss of Power)- unit was running when power lost.
•LED cluster shows status and can be viewed from cab of truck in daylight. When not pumping, top row shows what happened at last pump. Bottom row shows what happen two pumps ago. While pumping, top row shows traveling valve opening and closing (sometimes called a "hit") and bottom row shows last pump.
•Up to 100 pump records retained internally. Easily scroll through records, with newest on top.
•Simplified pump records show during pumping, without date and time.
•Large format shows last pump event for 1 hour. Example above shows three minute pump.
•Audio warning of well start and input feedback
•30-day money back guarantee, return unit undamaged for refund.
•A limited number of units will available in April 2024. Reserve yours today for testing on your wells.
•Additional units projected to be available in September. We will be taking pre-orders for that manufacturing run and can make unlimited quantities.
•Shipped unit will have improved custom IP-67 keypads

ANOVA-1G is a simplified unit for manually starting natural gas or gasoline engine
powered jacks. Fire up a well and roll on to the next one, leaving it to us to catch pump-off and shut down engine. Pump-time retained for your next visit to well. Runs on AA batteries and has pad lockable case.
A limited number of units are available in March. Ask us about test units.
